Cetaphil restoraderm skin restoring body moisturizer review
Many women have a habit of changing their makeup products from time to time. We hardly find somebody who uses the same products for years and years. If I ask you how many beauty-related products you are using consistently for the past five years to ten years. I think that would not be more than one or two.
I am no different. I also change my beauty products when they are either finished or expired to try new products. But there is one thing in my dressing table which I have not changed for the past 6 years and that is Cetaphil Restoraderm skin restoring body moisturizer. If you have dry and sensitive skin like me, it is the best solution.
This creamy and non-greasy moisturizer has more than 30 ingredients (34 till now) including sodium hyaluronate, glycerine which are good for the skin. Now comes, what is sodium hyaluronate? Sodium hyaluronate is a great humectant. It is going to hold water in your skin which means it is a great moisturizer. And once your skin is moisturised enough, it will help in reducing and avoiding fine lines and wrinkles and gives you younger-looking skin.
Many people look for creams which have hyaluronic acid. But do you know? Hyaluronic acid works only at a superficial level while sodium hyaluronate works at a deeper level.
The company claims that its ceramide technology helps in restoring the skin barrier. It is free from preservatives and fragrance. So, ladies, you can use it as your day and night moisturizer. Moreover, it's specifically tested safe for use on children's skin. You can use it on your newborn too.
Let me tell you one more thing. My sister is a make-up artist, and she makes sure to use this lotion on her clients before starting their makeup. It helps in giving a flawless look.
This is an upper segment product. It will cost you INR 1790 for 295 ml. But you will not regret this purchase. The positive point is that half a pump is enough for your face. So consumption is very less even if you are using on your whole body. The shelf life of the lotion is 24 months.
